ELIGIBILITY

Each school shall be represented by one entry in any one event.

In individual events, where divisions occur, the school must rank its competitors in descending order.

Ranking of relay teams, where divisions occur, must be done on the same principle.

Where divisions occur in an event, a competitor shall not be permitted to enter more than one division.

Ages shall be:

  • 12 years & over
  • 11 years
  • 10 years
  • 9 years
  • 8 years & under

A competitor may compete only in her own age group, with the exception for relay events where a competitor may compete up an age group if that age group is short of competitors.

If relay teams are short of competitors, a competitor from a lower division or age group can compete again to allow a team to be entered. EG: ‘C’ Division competitor into a ‘B’ or ‘A’ Division event. A competitor may compete in an unlimited number of events in their age group. A competitor must not compete down a division, however. EG: ‘A’ Division then into a ‘B’ or ‘C’ Division event.
